Practice Tour

Visiting Our Surgery We have a large forecourt available at our North Cheam practice for parking. Parking for our Worcester Park branch is available in the Waitrose car park opposite the practice. Our North Cheam reception has 2 seating areas available for you and your pet. We understand the importance of a stress free visit so we have provided seperate waiting rooms for our dogs and cats. If you have any concerns about visiting our practice then please let reception know either before or after your arrival and we will assist you any way we can.

Consulting Rooms Our North Cheam branch has 3 consulting rooms and our Worcester Park branch has 1. Both our Vets and Nurses consult throughout the day and evening. Multiple consulting rooms together with our late night appointments enable us to provide a continuous service throughout the day.

Sterile Theatre North Cheam has 2 fully equipped sterile theatres and our Worcester Park branch has 1. Our theatres were purpose built to provide the highest level of sterility. They feature specialised lighting, piped oxygen, intercom systems and are temperature controlled.

Non-Sterile Preperation Area We have a large area dedicated to our non-sterile procedures. It is in this area that we perform blood sampling, bandaging, intravenous fluid placement, dentistry or any other treatment that does not require a sterile environment.

Dog Ward We have a large and spacious kennel area designed for dogs of all shapes and sizes. This room contains a large skylight to allow natural sunlight in and is temperature controlled. All our dogs are kept nice and comfortable on our vet beds.

Cat Ward Our cat ward is located away from the sounds and smells of the practice. We know it is important to create an environment as stress free as possible whilst in our practice. This room has two large windows which let the sunlight in and is temperature controlled. All our cats are kept nice and snug on our vet beds.

Recovery Ward It is very important to closely monitor your pet after any anaesthetic or procedure. Our nursing team provide constant supervision ensuring your pet has a speedy and carefree recovery. This area is designed to help your pet recover quickly, comfortably and most importantly safely.

Dental Suite Dental Hygiene is an extremely important aspect of your pet's health and well being. We have a designated area specially equipped for dentistry procedures. This includes a state of the art dental system and a dental x-ray unit.

Radiology Our x-ray facilities enable us to perform radiography to the highest of standards for both small and large companion animals. Our ability to achieve this standard of radiography means we can provide an accurate and efficient diagnosis in the practice.

Laboratory We have an extensive range of laboratory equipment on site. This enables us to perform a wide variety of tests in-house for fast and effective results. We also use the services of an external lab for all advanced or specific screening tests.
