Repeat prescriptions

Please fill in the form below and click submit for it to be sent to us via email. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required fields.

Prescriptions received via email before 2pm will be ready for collection after 2pm the following day. Any food or medication ordered on a Friday will not be ready for collection until after 12.00 noon the following Monday.

We do not process repeat prescriptions over the weekend, therefore any medication or food order will not be available until the following Monday.
