Head Nurse - Nicola Christopher Nicola joined Frean & Smyth as our Head Nurse in Nov 2004. She is a fully qualified Veterinary Nurse who has been nursing for 10 years. Originally from Melbourne, Australia she is now settled in the UK. Nicola doesn't have any pets but is a pseudo mum to 4 crazy cats belonging to her housemates. |

We have a fantastic Nursing Team all dedicated to the health and wellbeing of your pets. Qualifications and experience amongst the team range from 2 to 10 years. Who they are from left to right: Zoe Ruocco, Katie Haysom, Louise Attoe, Sam Sivyer, Mary Ensell, Donna Piper, Kerri Shanks and Hayley Viner. All our nurses have their own intersting bunch of pets, from funky dogs to crazy cats and even the odd tortoise! |

Our reception team are here to provide you with a caring and friendly service. Who they are from left to right - Barbara Sinclaire, Jane Thompstone, Jo Bryant, Sarah Bonner and Amy Lawrence. Between this group we have pets ranging from dogs, cats, birds, ferretts, rats and even horses! These ladies are always available for some friendly advice or even a natter if you like! |
